Flavor profile
Intense and mellow, with notes of fruit, caramel, raisins, vanilla and new wood. It has a long finish with hints of cookie butter, toffee, and spice. Its color is deep amber is 100% natural.
Additional information
Made entirely with local ingredients and distilled by hand in a copper still to achieve a smooth top. Its complexity comes from the aging in a selection of the best barrels from spain: Rioja, Pedro Ximenez, and a smooth finish in Jerez. The distillate maintains its brown and deep amber in a natural way, since it is not filtered cold or you add caramel.
